Built to be trusted with your money
Someone posted about you? Claim it.
Your restaurant is probably already on Spotguide — pinned from creators’ videos. Three steps make it yours.
Claim your spot
Find your restaurant, claim it, and see what creators are already saying about you — every Reel and photo linked to your spot, in one place. Free, and a real person reviews every application.
Publish an opportunity in the marketplace
A few guided steps — the treat, the ask, the pay — with the copy auto-written for you and a live preview of the exact card creators will see. Rather just describe it? An AI coach drafts the opportunity from your own words.
Connect with creators & track engagement
Nearby creators apply to you first — you pick who comes, and when. Then every save, post, and booking they drive lands on your dashboard, traced back to the exact video.
Every post about you, in one place.
A wall of every Reel and photo linked to your restaurant — who made it, how it performed, and what it drove.
It fills itself
Videos people are already sharing about your restaurant appear automatically. Claiming one the system missed is one pasted link.
Saves, on the picture
Each post shows how many people saved your spot because of it — next to the views, likes, and comments the platform publishes.

Hire creators without the DM messages.
Publish what you're offering and what you want back — nearby creators apply to you first.
Offers write themselves
Pick the treat with one-tap suggestions, choose what you want back — visits, Reels, bookings — and price it in dollars. The copy is auto-written; tweak it if you like.
Real numbers, verified
Applicants show their actual follower count and engagement through Instagram’s official API — with an honest AI read on each one. Self-reported numbers are labeled as exactly that.
A handshake opens a chat
Accept a creator and a private thread opens with the deal pinned to the top — plan the visit, book a time with one tap, review delivered work right in the conversation.

Was that influencer worth it? Now you know.
Connect your reservation system — or just drag its export onto the page — and every booking is matched to the creator who drove it.
Receipts, not vibes
Per creator and per video: how many people saved, how many booked, how many showed up, and — when your export includes checks — how much money it brought in.
Honest about certainty
Airtight matches say “confirmed”, email-only ones say “inferred” — and you decide whether inferred matches count toward payouts. Only completed reservations ever pay a creator.
Only what Spotguide drove
Your dashboard deliberately isn’t a copy of your booking system’s reports. It answers one question: what is Spotguide bringing me?

Fund your balance up front, and money only leaves when a creator actually delivers — every dollar named, in plain English.
One kind of charge, ever
Your card is only charged to add money to your balance — never when a creator earns. Card details go straight to Stripe; Spotguide never sees them.
Hiring reserves, it doesn’t spend
Accepting a creator sets their maximum aside so you can never promise more than you have. Whatever they don’t earn is still yours.
“Never run out” is a switch
Optional auto top-up keeps creators mid-campaign earning without anyone watching a number — and emails you whenever it runs.

Deliverables, tracked to done
Every promised Reel and Story is its own tracked item with a due date. Approve with one tap, or send it back with a note the creator sees word for word.
Offers watch their own limits
End dates, creator caps, per-creator lifetime caps — so the cost card can say “worst case, one creator costs $300, every cap included.”
Messages, like a real app
Every hired creator is one thread — delivered/read receipts, one-tap time proposals, and the deal pinned to the top of the conversation.
A checkmark in the app
Partner Spots wear a checkmark next to their name everywhere in Spotguide — the map, search, lists, even Guide’s suggestions.
Your whole team, welcome
Several locations live under one application, and dashboard access for every listed place is set up automatically when you’re approved.
Your currency, your call
Run campaigns and card charges in your own currency — dollars, euros, pounds — with conversions recorded at the official rate, forever.
Questions, answered
The short version of what owners ask us at the door.
What does it cost?
Claiming your spot and the dashboard are free. You only put money in when you choose to run a creator offer — and even then, your card is only charged to add money to your balance. Creators are paid out of that balance, one named line at a time.
Do I have to run offers to get anything out of it?
No. Claim your spot and you immediately see every Reel and post already linked to your restaurant, who made each one, and how many people saved your spot because of it. Hiring creators is there when you want it.
How do you know a booking came from a creator?
Spotguide sits on the whole journey — someone watches the Reel, saves your restaurant, and books. Connect your reservation system (or drag its export onto the page) and each booking is matched to the creator who drove it. Matches are honest about their certainty: airtight ones say “confirmed”, email-only ones say “inferred”, and you decide whether inferred matches count toward payouts.
What if a creator doesn’t deliver?
Hiring a creator sets money aside — it doesn’t spend it. Every promised Reel or Story is tracked to the finish line, you approve each piece before it counts, and anything they don’t earn stays yours. Either side can end an engagement fairly, and money already set aside frees up immediately.
Can creators fake their follower counts?
Verified creators connect their real numbers through Instagram’s official API — follower count and actual engagement — and an AI gives you an honest read on each applicant. Creators who can’t verify are clearly labeled self-reported, so you always know which is which.
